This is my first entry into blogger and it is quite delayed, i am afraid, but i will begin by making comments on the website that discusses issues regarding the legal ramifications of the APA ethics code. I wonder what the history is behind ethics and how these ethics ultimately became law. After all, law in many ways is codification and enforcement of agreed upon (at least in a democracy)
